FAQ

1.What is the output achieved using VEERA DISTILLATION series?
2. What are the payment terms for the machine and what is the minimum duration of shipping?

We manufacture machines on “make-to-order” basis and work on 70% advance and 30% payment before shipping ready status. Depending on the capacity of machine ordered timeline can be anywhere between 6 weeks to 8 weeks (lesser in the case of lab scale models).

3. What is the difference between SC and C in the VEERA Distillation models?

VEERA D50SC for example indicates Semi-Continuous meaning a batch method of processing. Each batch takes about 4-6 hours to complete and per day around 3 batches can be run in our machines (So 50 litres per batch means around 150 litres can be processed per day). While VEERA D50C, indicates Continuous process. In this case 50 litre of waste oil is processed per hour and the machine can run upto maximum 16-18 hours a day (rest of the hours include cooling and cleaning period and so 50 litres per day means 800-900 litres of waste oil can be processed per day).

4. Could you tell us regarding safety concerns of the machines?

We take the safety of our clients and our planet too deeply and have built in pressure release mechanisms with excess oil tank and bubbler systems to offer high protection. The use of sustainable and robust materials ensures zero harm to operators.
